We want to make sure you enjoy your experience at Electric Soul Hair Salon. Here is some important information you need to know before booking your appointment:

Policy & Rules

  • No children or extra guest are allowed unless they are getting serviced.

  • Please come with hair detangled & free of any residue from any previous protective style. Failure to do so will result in rescheduled appointment or additional $35 fee if time allows.

  • Clients are granted a 10 minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late, communicate with the salon. After 10 minutes, it’ll be considered a no call/no show.

  • All NEW clients are required to book under the FIRST TIME EXPERIENCES

  • No outside food is allowed in salon. (Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided.)

  • If a reoccurring client hasn’t booked in three months, they will be considered new clients & will be required to book under the FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE

  • Please book all services needed while booking. (Clients won’t be able to add a service during physical appointment.)

Payment Policy

  • We ONLY accept CARD, CASH , or PAYPAL

  • Online booking opens month to month and it reflects my openings I have in real time.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for services rendered.

No Call/No Show Policy

  • Clients have up to 24 hours before the appointment to cancel.

  • If the client reschedules within 24 hours the client will be charged 25% of the total service cost.

  • If the client cancels within 24 hours the client will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

  • No call no shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost and will banned from booking future services.
